These pieces are water-resistant and safe to wear during daily activities, including showers; however, for best results, rinse with clean water after use and gently pat dry with a soft cotton cloth.
Proper care will help preserve the finish and keep your jewellery looking radiant for longer.
Shipping
We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹699. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 days from the date of purchase, including processing time. Most orders arrive within 7 days, though delivery may take up to 10 days in some cases depending on location.
Returns
We accept return or refund requests only if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or missing. In such cases, the item will be replaced with a new piece or refunded, as applicable.
To initiate a return or refund, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded from start to finish without any cuts and should clearly show:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping/address label
- The inner contents
- The product received
In exceptional cases, returns may be accepted for other reasons; however, shipping charges will apply.
