Geographic Availability
Currently, SparklebyFeny delivers products only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed with international delivery addresses may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599
• For prepaid orders below ₹599, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 is applicable
We encourage prepaid orders for faster processing and a seamless delivery experience.
Estimated Delivery Time
• Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of purchase, including processing time
•Most orders reach customers within 7 days
•In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 days, depending on location and courier service availability
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
How Partial COD Works:
• A mandatory partial COD payment of ₹120 is required to initiate dispatch
• This amount covers shipping and order processing
• No additional shipping charges will be collected at the time of delivery
Once the partial COD payment is received:
• Our team will confirm your order
• The order will be scheduled for dispatch
Delivery Timelines for COD Orders
• COD orders are shipped within 1–2 working days after confirmation
• Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location
Important Notes
• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel
• Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may result in delays or cancellation
• For quicker processing and delivery, we strongly recommend choosing prepaid orders with free shipping on ₹599+
