3. Role of SparklebyFeny (Seller Disclosure)
SparklebyFeny is a retail seller and distributor of jewellery products. We do not manufacture the products listed on our website. All items are sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
While we carefully select our products and perform reasonable quality checks, SparklebyFeny does not provide manufacturer-level warranties regarding materials, longevity, or performance beyond what is expressly stated on the product page.
Any product representations are based on information provided by suppliers and are shared in good faith.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, finish, design, or detailing may occur due to lighting, screen differences, supplier batches, or manufacturing processes.
7. Orders, Payments & Cancellations
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or partial COD confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or operational limitations
• Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been dispatched

8. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss
• Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier
• SparklebyFeny is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control
9. Geographic Availability
Currently, SparklebyFeny delivers only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed with non-Indian delivery addresses may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
10. Reviews, Feedback & User Content
By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant SparklebyFeny a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing or operational purposes.
We reserve the right to remove content that:
• Is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or abusive
• Violates these Terms or applicable laws

12. Jewellery Care & Usage Disclaimer
Jewellery sold by SparklebyFeny is intended for fashion and imitation use. Product longevity may vary based on usage, care, exposure to moisture, chemicals, perfumes, sweat, or physical impact.
Normal wear and tear, oxidation, or surface changes over time are not considered manufacturing defects.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
SparklebyFeny acts solely as a seller and provides products and Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
These Terms apply only to transactions conducted within India.
