Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

SparklebyFeny does not manufacture the products and therefore cannot offer manufacturing warranties beyond replacement or refund as outlined in this policy.
We accept return or refund requests only under the following circumstances:

The product received is defective
The product is damaged during transit
The order is incomplete or missing items

In such cases, after verification, the issue will be resolved by:

Replacing the product with a new piece, or
Issuing a refund, as deemed appropriate by our team

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

To process any return or refund request, a complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

Be recorded from start to finish without any cuts or pauses
Clearly show:

                  The outer packaging
                  The shipping label with your address

The inner packaging
                     •
The product as received

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, as this helps us verify transit-related issues fairly and efficiently.

Exceptional Return Requests

In rare or exceptional cases, we may consider return requests for reasons other than defects or damage.
Please note:

• Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Shipping charges (both forward and return) will be borne by the customer
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Requests raised without an unboxing video
Minor variations in color or finish due to lighting or screen differences

Return & Refund Timeline

All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider
